We gave Joe and Mountain Heating and Cooling Service 2 stars a few months ago because the lines he ran on our house were such an unacceptable eyesore and he refused to fix when we weren't happy with it. It was beyond me that he thought it was okay to leave the entrance to our house looking like he did, and ultimately I spent more money to cover up his poor work. But today I wanted to update it to 1 star, as the unit he installed just fell off the wall because the bracket wasn't properly anchored down. We had to have someone else come and anchor it to the wall properly, as I don't trust Joe to do the job the right way. Going with these guys has proven to be my biggest contracting regret to date.
